What do I do if I need care outside of normal business hours?

If I am sick, do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Patients are seen by appointment only, but same-day appointments are available. Urgent appointments will be scheduled based on the type and severity of the problem. If you have a true medical emergency, call 911.

What health insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most health insurance plans. Please call our office at 407-303-7270, option 1, to inquire about a specific plan.

Do you do blood work at your office?
If blood work is recommended, you will be given an order form to take to the laboratory specified by your insurance program. The results will come back to our office for your physician to review.

How will I be notified of test results?
Patients are notified of test results by mail or a phone call.

When I leave a message on the nurse voicemail, when will I get a return call?
You should receive a return call the same day. Make sure you provide a number where you can be reached day or evening.

How do I get my prescription refilled?
Please have your pharmacy fax a refill request to 407-303-2553. Allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
